In short —

v2.48 brings a major expansion to the Public API. Pull web form submissions straight into your own systems, access your full product catalogue across every product type, and enjoy richer category and question data throughout. Plus /orders now returns up to 1,000 rows per page.

The Public API is one of the quieter power features of Evessio — the mechanism customers use to pull their event data into their own CRMs, data warehouses, finance systems and bespoke tools. In v2.48 it gets a serious step forward, with new endpoints, richer data, and bigger page sizes.

Web forms: list and pull submissions

For the first time, the Public API lets you work with web forms directly. List all the web forms for an event, and fetch their submissions — up to 1,000 rows per page — straight into your own tools. Ideal for feeding bespoke CRM workflows, email automation, or just getting the data in front of the right team quickly.

GET

List an event's web forms

Discover every web form configured for a given event, ready to query for submissions.

GET

Fetch submissions, 1,000 rows at a time

Pull the raw submission data for any form, with generous per-page sizing for efficient bulk retrieval.

Why this matters

Your Evessio data, in your stack.

Web forms often capture some of the most valuable touchpoints across an event — speaker proposals, exhibitor queries, sponsor interest, bespoke registration flows. Pulling them into your own systems means you can act on them in whatever tool your team already lives in.

Products: your full catalogue

A major expansion of the products side of the API. Alongside the existing Awards nomination endpoint, you can now access every other product type on the platform — pricing, VAT, discounts, dates, limits and the entry-form questions associated with each.

Richer category and question data

Alongside the new endpoints, the data the API returns is noticeably richer than before. For categories and questions, you'll now find more useful detail: answer options, field types, display order and created/changed dates — everything you need to reconstruct the structure of your event forms in your own tools.

Answer options Field types Display order Created / changed dates

For teams building deeper integrations — things like read-only form previews, custom reporting dashboards or admin tools — this additional data is a genuine unlock.

— 04 —

Bigger pages for /orders

A small but meaningful change: the /orders endpoint now returns up to 1,000 rows per page, double what was previously available. For integrations that pull orders in bulk — reconciliation, finance exports, downstream reporting — this halves the number of round-trips needed to retrieve the same data.

Build with confidence

Evessio's Public API is now one of the richest surfaces for event data in the industry. Whether you're pulling nominations into your awards archive, feeding exhibitor data into your CRM, or building a custom financial dashboard, there's more to work with than ever before.

And this release is far from the final word — more Public API work is already on the roadmap for upcoming releases.
