This is one of the biggest workflow improvements we've ever shipped. Instead of creating a brand new profile for every Speaker, Judge, Sponsor or Exhibitor on every new event, you can now simply import the profiles you need from any event on the system — in seconds.
Hours saved, per event
No more re-keying the same details every season.
Search the whole system
Pull profiles from any event you've ever run on the platform.
Safely cloned
Edits in your current event never affect the original.
Users & Orgs auto-created
The right roles and access are set up for you.
How the Profile Library works
It's deliberately simple. Four steps from finding a profile to having it ready in your current event — with all the boring admin handled for you.
Search for the profile(s) you need
Browse the Profile Library and find any Speaker, Judge, Sponsor or Exhibitor who's appeared on a previous event.
Import to your current event
One click and they're on their way — single profiles or multiple at once.
Users and Organisations are created with the right roles
Evessio sets up the supporting Users and Organisations automatically, with the correct event roles assigned.
Profiles are cloned into your event
The profile data is cloned into the current event, so any edits you make here don't affect the original event the profile came from.
The result
Users, Organisations and Profiles — all created, ready to go.
Everything you'd normally spend an afternoon setting up by hand is done in moments. Profiles are ready to publish, and your event is one big step closer to launch.
The kind of time-saver that changes how you work
If you run multiple awards a year, or a portfolio of conferences with overlapping speaker rosters, this feature genuinely changes the maths on event setup. Profiles that used to take dozens of repeated steps are now a single search-and-import — and because everything's safely cloned, you've got the freedom to tweak and tailor each event without worrying about breaking the original.
For event teams running back-to-back programmes, the Profile Library doesn't just save time — it removes a category of work that simply shouldn't exist any more.
A couple of things to be aware of
The Profile Library is designed to handle the vast majority of profiles seamlessly. There are just two situations where it works slightly differently — both worth a quick read so there are no surprises.
Content-manager-only profiles
Profiles created via the content manager with no associated user (no email address) can't be imported. These are usually one-off display-only profiles, so importing them rarely makes sense anyway.
Field matching
Fields are matched where possible onto the current event's profile form structure. Any fields that don't have a match in the new event are gracefully dropped — so the import stays clean.
Some handy helper utilities
Alongside the Profile Library itself, we've added a couple of small-but-mighty improvements that make working with profiles across the platform feel a lot smoother.
Collaborators search and filter
Find the collaborators you need fast, with a brand new search and filter built right into the Collaborators view.
Bulk publish for collaborator profiles
Publish multiple collaborator profiles at once instead of one at a time — perfect for when a full roster is locked and ready to go live.

We've put together a complete guide covering every detail of the Profile Library — from initial search through to managing imported profiles. Take a look in the Profile Library Guide.
Built for how event teams actually work
With the underlying platform now standing on the rock-solid infrastructure we've spent the last few releases putting in place, we're free to focus on the features that genuinely change how you run events day-to-day. The Profile Library is the first of many.
Expect more big, workflow-changing improvements like this one in the releases to come.
