Custom Reports are one of the most-loved tools in Evessio — and with v2.43, they're getting even better. This release makes them faster to trust, easier to read, and smarter about how they handle the realities of running events.
Reports you can trust
Adjustments now appear exactly where you'd expect them to.
Faster reconciliation
Less time chasing discrepancies, more time on what matters.
Clearer column names
Every column tells you exactly what it does. No guesswork.
Richer audit trail
A brand new column tracks every paperwork change.
Smarter handling of value adjustments
Refunds, credit notes and value adjustments are part of every event business — and now your reports handle them beautifully. From v2.43, adjustments will appear in your reports for the date the adjustment actually took place, even when the original transaction sits outside your date range.
The result? Reports that match how you think about your business, with zero extra effort. Run a report for last month and you'll see last month's adjustments — exactly as you'd hope.
What this means for you
End-of-period reconciliation just got noticeably easier.
Finance teams will spot the difference straight away — adjustments line up with the period they belong to, so closing the books is quicker and cleaner.
Crystal-clear column names
We've renamed two columns to remove any ambiguity about which document type the date refers to — and added a brand new column that gives you an even richer view of paperwork activity. Small changes, big improvements in clarity.
A handy reminder
Reporting works hand-in-hand with the Credit note behaviour setting in Events HQ > Settings > Payments. It's a great moment to take a quick look and make sure it's set up just the way you want — full guidance is in our credit notes guide.
Reports that grow with you
These improvements all share one goal: giving you reporting you can rely on, however your event programme evolves. Whether you're running one annual awards or a portfolio of programmes across multiple regions, Custom Reports now scale with you — with sharper accuracy, better clarity and a richer audit trail built right in.
It's the kind of quiet, foundational improvement that makes everything you do downstream a little bit easier — exactly what good event software should deliver.
